Fence-It users can choose between a front yard and back yard setting and then choose a fence color, height, category (private, semi-private, contemporary, classic, traditional or post and rail) and style to suit them in their own way to visualize the selected setting. The tool also shows which fences have complaints about swimming pools or which have CertainTeed’s WindZone performance or ColorLast fade protection. Once the rendering is complete, it can be saved as a JPEG and shared.

“While fences are a great option for creating an outdoor living space, many homeowners typically don’t consider them decorative,” said Doug Mucher, senior marketing manager at CertainTeed Outdoor Living. “With the Fence-It visualization tool from CertainTeed, contractors can show homeowners the added value that fences can bring to a front yard or backyard – without having to convince them to spend part of their budget upfront.”
