For Peter and Patricia Eisler, everything revolves around customer satisfaction. “We take great pride in solving problems and helping people,” says Peter, who owns and operates Fibrenew Kamloops with his wife Patricia. “I’ve always worked with my hands and I love applying that to repairing and maintaining leather, vinyl and plastic. This includes furniture, automotive, marine, medical, vinyl siding and PVC window siding. “
Much of Fibrenew’s work in Kamloops consists of home furniture, but it also includes repairs and maintenance on boats, cars, planes, trains, RVs, doctor’s offices, restaurant interiors, vinyl siding on houses, and PVC window coverings.
Some of her favorite jobs include repairs and maintenance on the interiors of the Rocky Mountaineer trains, as well as a small portion of a History Channel television series based in Tappen, BC, Rust Valley Restorers. Fibrenew can even repair worn and damaged vinyl bathtubs.
Fibrenew is mobile and does most of its work at its customers’ homes and offices. “We’re big fans of repairs rather than replacements,” says Peter. “We are always working to provide the best advice and service to our customers, and we are happy to teach our customers how to care for their leather and vinyl so that it looks good and lasts.”

Peter usually takes care of most of the repairs and maintenance, while Patricia handles any leather or vinyl stitching that needs to be done, as well as administration for the company. You make an incredible team.
However, there are plans to expand the team as the business grows with one or two employees.
