Four Quarters and Devolver Digital announced that villainous deck builder Loop Hero will be releasing March 4th on PC via Steam. A demo is available now.
Loop Hero takes the idea that heroes go their own way very seriously. Each stage consists of a route that the hero must cover in a specific way. It’s the player who decides what happens in each token on the loop, and while it’s a good excuse to fill each stage with the best gear and items, there’s more to it than that.
Loop Hero is about treading a balanced path with the hand that the hero receives. Each hand contains a mix of enemies, buildings, helpful items, and more. That means they try to equip them with what they need before they tackle the inevitable Big Bad and likely die in the process.
Fortunately, the hero unlocks powerful new cards to increase the chances of not dying along the way.
The Loop Hero demo is now live on Steam, and through March 11th, Devolver is offering a discount on Loop Hero that increases the price from $ 14.99 to $ 12.79.
