In a press release sent to 22News, the Massachusetts Department of Transportation’s Highway Division announced that Interstate 90 travel will be available next week.

Drivers should expect delays, slow down and exercise caution as crews conduct bridge repairs in Blandford and Russell from April 15-19.

Repair work on the Blandford decks is taking place at Mile Marker 30.1 to the west. The lane will be closed on Monday, April 15 through Friday, April 19, from 7.30 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Repair work on the Russell Deck is taking place at Mile Marker 32.9 to the west. From Monday, April 15 to Friday, April 19, from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., there will be temporary road closures

All planned work depends on the weather and / or can be impaired due to an emergency situation.
